Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ck477 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your use of the ck477 website, mobile platform, and all associated services accessible at ck477.io.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or otherwise accessing any feature of the ck477 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes ongoing acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms an integral part of the overall agreement between you and ck477. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any specific game, promotion, or bonus rules, the specific rules for that game or promotion shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

ck477 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the ck477 platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Section 2

Eligibility

Access to and use of the ck477 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your registration and continued use of the platform:

• Age requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. ck477 strictly prohibits use of the platform by anyone under the age of 21. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.
• Jurisdiction: You must be located in a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming activities are not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the ck477 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Single account: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the ck477 platform. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
• Personal use: You must be registering and using the ck477 platform for your own personal entertainment. Use of the platform on behalf of third parties, syndicates, or commercial betting operations is prohibited without prior written consent from ck477.
• Mental capacity: You must be of sound mind and acting entirely of your own free will. ck477 will not accept wagers from individuals who are acting under duress or who lack the mental capacity to understand the nature and consequences of gambling.
• Not a ck477 employee: Current employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members of ck477 and its affiliated entities are not permitted to register or hold an active player account on the platform.

ck477 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility from any player at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access the full range of ck477 services, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you will be required to provide personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and preferred payment method details. This information is used to verify your identity, process payments, and communicate with you regarding your account.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ck477 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify ck477 immediately by contacting [email protected]. ck477 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon notification but cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access that occurred before notification.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ck477 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time:

• Proof of identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued correspondence dated within the last three months showing your registered address in Bangladesh.
• Proof of payment: Screenshot or confirmation of the mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or bank account used to make deposits, confirming ownership by the registered account holder.

Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. ck477 reserves the right to withhold funds and suspend accounts where satisfactory KYC documentation cannot be provided.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ck477 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). ck477 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. The platform supports the following payment channels:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported by the issuing bank for online transactions)
• Local bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank (where applicable)

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ck477 account within 30 seconds of a successful transaction. ck477 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as your ck477 account. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in the deposit being reversed, the account being suspended, and funds being withheld pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within one business day for standard accounts and within four hours for Platinum, Diamond, and Black Diamond VIP tier members. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method used for the most recent deposit to the account.

ck477 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals, large withdrawals, or where account activity triggers an internal compliance review. Players must have satisfied all applicable bonus wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be approved.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

ck477 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out here and the specific terms of any individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are only transferred to the withdrawable real-money balance upon completion of wagering requirements.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, collusion, or any other fraudulent method will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• ck477 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, except where doing so would be to the detriment of a player who has already commenced wagering under the original terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a defined period specified in the individual promotion terms. Unclaimed or unexpired bonus balances that have not been wagered within the validity period will be removed from the account.

5.2 VIP Programme

ck477 operates a five-tier VIP loyalty programme — Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Black Diamond. Players accumulate loyalty points based on real-money wagers placed across all platform products. VIP tier benefits, point accumulation rates, and tier qualification thresholds are published in the VIP section of the platform and are subject to change at ck477's discretion with reasonable notice to affected members.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the ck477 platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to each product. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. General rules applicable across all platform products are set out below.

• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all bets and are displayed at the point of wagering. ck477 reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time.
• Bet confirmation: A bet is only confirmed and binding once a confirmation message is displayed on screen and the stake amount has been deducted from the player's available balance. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical errors are void and the stake is returned.
• Void bets: ck477 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error, technical malfunction, or manifest error has occurred. In such cases, the original stake amount will be returned to the player's account.
• Results: The results of all sports betting markets are determined by official sources and governing bodies for the relevant sport. ck477's decision regarding results is final in cases of dispute, subject to the formal complaints procedure.
• Live betting: In-play betting markets are subject to rapid change. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it is binding regardless of subsequent odds movements. ck477 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without notice.
• Game fairness: All casino games and slot titles available on ck477 use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes. Game results are independently audited for fairness by third-party testing laboratories.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck477 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any point during account ownership.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to make deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the ck477 platform as a mechanism to transfer, conceal, or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity.
• Exploiting software errors, platform bugs, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage, whether or not the exploitation results in financial gain.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform without the prior written consent of ck477.
• Colluding with other players, employees of ck477, or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Match-fixing or any other form of sports event manipulation, or placing bets with prior knowledge of a fixed outcome.
• Attempting to access, probe, or compromise the security, integrity, or performance of the ck477 platform infrastructure.
• Using the platform for commercial gain, including operating as an agent for other bettors or reselling access to the platform.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

ck477 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period of request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory requirement, or direction from a competent authority requiring closure of the account.
• Circumstances that, in ck477's reasonable assessment, make continued operation of the account inconsistent with responsible gaming obligations.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the player, ck477 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request without any breach having occurred, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within ten business days.

Section 9

Intellectual Property

All content available on the ck477 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video content, game designs, and the overall compilation and arrangement of platform content — is the exclusive intellectual property of ck477 or its licensed content partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ck477 platform solely for your own personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Download, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the platform without prior written authorisation from ck477.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works based on any platform content or software.
• Use any ck477 branding, trade marks, logos, or brand elements for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
• Frame, mirror, or otherwise incorporate any portion of the ck477 platform into another website or application without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of ck477 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may also give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck477 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive — arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ck477 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform, including losses arising from bets placed in error.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures, whether or not within ck477's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Actions taken by ck477 in good faith to comply with applicable law, regulatory requirements, or court orders.
• Losses arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, telecommunications failures, or government actions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ck477's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. ck477's aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 11

Privacy & Data Protection

ck477 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all registered players. The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at ck477.io/privacy-policy.

By registering on the ck477 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and direct marketing communications (where you have opted in to receive such communications).

ck477 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, OTP authentication, and secure data storage protocols to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All player data is stored and processed securely and is not sold or rented to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

Section 12

Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Loss limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period.

Minor amendments, such as clarifications of existing provisions or corrections of typographical errors, may take effect immediately without advance notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page and in the Table of Contents sidebar. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Continued use of the ck477 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.
